This is the popular oolong tea. When and why is this drink useful?

From heart disease

Chinese scientists found that people who drank at least 0.3 liters of oolong tea per week , had a lower risk of high cholesterol. And people who drank oolong tea for a long time had the lowest cholesterol levels. Drinking oolong tea has also been linked to a lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease in other studies.

Diabetes

One study found that regular drinking six cups of oolong tea for 30 days can help people with type 2 diabetes. It is also, according to scientists, able to lower and even stabilize blood sugar levels.

Cancer

Studies show that every cup of oolong tea, which taken daily, reduces the risk of developing cancer. For example, Chinese scientists found that taking oolong tea can help reduce the risk of ovarian cancer in women.
