Proteins.According to experts, the basic products in the menu that helps maintain health and slimness are proteins, fats, carbohydrates and fiber. They recommend consuming proteins in the form of fatty fish and red meat, as well as poultry and offal. At the same time, experts advise eating animal proteins strictly in moderation, in small portions at a time. Also, among the basic sources of protein in the diet for weight loss are chicken and quail eggs, dairy products.
Fat. Healthy fats can be obtained from various types of nuts and nut pastes without sugar and sweeteners, high-quality butter with a fat content of at least 82.5%, lard, and dark chocolate. Carbohydrates. Scientists remind that a healthy person should consume carbohydrates in the amount of at least 3 grams per kilogram balance. It is necessary to introduce as many cereals as possible into the diet: millet, buckwheat, pearl barley, oats, spelled. In addition, you should regularly eat legumes – beans, lentils, chickpeas, Turkish peas. Whole grain bread will not be superfluous.
Fiber. From this category of products, bran, vegetables, greens must be present in the diet of those who are losing weight. Nutritionists advise to eat vegetables and greens together with meat and fish. According to them, it is useful to consume up to 400-500 grams of raw fruits and vegetables daily.
