Michael Moseley calls sauerkraut one of the foods richest in probiotics. A vegetable prepared in this way helps to easily and quickly replenish the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract with useful bacteria. Moseley said that he prepares sauerkraut with onions, cilantro, chili and beets. He noted that such a home-made dish is “bursting with probiotics”.
Yoghurts, various milk drinks, pickled vegetables, kimchi, tea flu and soy products are also rich in them. There are already prepared supplements in the form of tablets, but it is important not to overdo it: an excess of some probiotics is also harmful.
