British nutritionists advise to avoid caffeine at any time after 14:00, as this substance can remain in the bloodstream even after six hours. If you feel weak in the afternoon, they offer to support yourself with nuts, such as almonds.
Regardless of the menu, experts advise to maintain an interval of at least three hours between the last meal and sleep. In this way, the body will have time to digest a significant part of what is eaten, and this will not negatively affect the quality of sleep.
