“Excessive sugar consumption can change the microflora, and the microflora binds the body's immune reactions. Trans fats appear when foods are fried in the same oil several times. There are a lot of trans fats in semi-finished products, they have a negative effect on immune function,” the expert explained.
The dermatocosmetologist also pointed out flavor enhancers, flavorings and various E-shkas.
“The dye content in the product food will not bring negativity. But if a person constantly eats something with dyes and flavorings, the total effect can be negative,” says the nutritionist.
According to the dermatocosmetologist, even a monotonous diet can be dangerous.

If a person has only potatoes, pasta, pork, and cucumbers in his diet every day, a deficit is automatically brewing. The same is true if a person eats fast food. Any deficiency will be critical for immunity,” the doctor added.
