People who have problems with acne should limit the consumption of milk and products made from it, as they contain substances that provoke the production of male hormones in the body and are the cause of acne. “Milk” should not be completely excluded, but it is better to switch to sheep or goat milk.
Fatty foods, in particular, fast food, pizza, chips and other “snacks”, also provoke inflammation of the skin. The use of flour and sweets is no less harmful. Products with a high sugar content and bakery products made from premium flour activate the production of fat by the sebaceous glands, which leads to clogged pores and the appearance of acne.
Experts do not recommend eating peanuts, which also affect the increased work of the sebaceous glands. You can replace this product with cashews or almonds. If you have problem skin, you should reduce the amount of coffee you drink to a minimum. The acid contained in the grains increases the level of the “stress hormone” cortisol, which ultimately leads to the appearance of acne.
