According to experts, there are five groups of foods that you should focus on. Each group includes products that are similar in composition, so they can be replaced and supplemented.
First of all, experts recommend eating fruit every day. It can be apples, pears, bananas, oranges, peaches, grapes, mangoes, pomegranates. It is noted that fruits can be eaten not only in their pure form, but also, for example, to make smoothies. Also, experts advise to include several vegetables of your choice in your daily diet: broccoli, cabbage, tomatoes, red pepper, carrots, sweet potatoes, corn, peas, zucchini.
You should not neglect grain products either. They contain many nutrients, including fiber, and keep you feeling full for a long time. For daily use, scientists recommend whole grain bread and pasta, brown rice, oatmeal.
It is important to include protein in the diet, as it is necessary for the overall health of the muscles and proper metabolism. For this, you can eat seafood (salmon, tuna, trout, herring, mackerel, shrimp, crab), meat (beef, chicken, turkey, pork), as well as vegetable proteins (nuts, nut butter, seeds, soy products).
