As a result of a lack of nutrition, the heart muscle begins to cope worse with pumping blood and oxygen around the body. A lack of oxygen affects the feeling of overtiredness.

In addition, plaque-clogged blood vessels indicate arrhythmia – an irregular heartbeat. A person may feel that the heart beats more often or, on the contrary, more slowly, or suddenly begins to beat in a state of rest.
