Recommendations for the use of cheese with cores were shared by foreign nutritionist Lauren Manaker. Also, in an interview with a doctor, cream cheese was named as the most harmful for hearts.

“People who have problems with the heart and blood vessels should eat any cheese with caution, first of all, carefully controlling its amount. But it's better for those with heart problems to give up cream cheese altogether,” Manaker is convinced.

Calling this product “the worst cheese for the heart,” the expert explained her position on this issue. According to the expert, cream cheese like no other is full of potentially harmful fats for the body.

“One teaspoon of such cheese contains 29 milligrams of cholesterol.”

The nutritionist warned that when using industrial products processed foods that contain a lot of fat and cholesterol can have a “cumulative effect”. Over time, according to it, deposits consisting of cholesterol and other fatty components will increase in the arteries and vessels – accordingly, the process of formation of atherosclerotic plaques will be more intense. This increases the likelihood of them clogging arteries and causing dangerous conditions, including heart attack.
