Named the worst foods that damage the liver

Many people do not think about liver health until the doctor will not make a serious diagnosis – disease of the bile ducts, cirrhosis, steatosis, hemochromatosis, hepatitis C or Wilson's disease. The liver plays a crucial role in the work of all body systems, including regulating metabolism and cleansing the blood of toxins.
The risk of organ diseases increases several times if you constantly consume several products. Doctors recommend significantly reducing their number in the diet, and if possible, avoiding them altogether.
French fries
Any fried food in general is not good for the liver. Since the body is responsible for breaking down fats, turning them into energy, eating too many fatty foods overloads it. As a result, fatty liver disease develops, for which there is currently no cure. Compounding the problem is eating French fries, which leads to inflammation in the long run. The latter, in turn, causes the formation of scar tissue in the liver, a complication known as cirrhosis.
Pepperoni
Saturated fats are the worst thing the liver has to deal with. Because processed meats, such as pepperoni, are usually high in these substances, it's best to avoid deli meats, says Eat This, Not That!. Pepperoni is considered one of the most harmful products – 100 g contains about 17.7 g of saturated fat (89% of the daily norm).
Whipped cream
Despite for its excellent taste, from the point of view of health there is no benefit from whipped cream. It's all about the high content of calories, sugar and the same fats. Experts advise to abandon the product, especially in combination with coffee and desserts.
Alcohol
Since the liver is responsible for filtering toxins, drinking alcohol directly kills it. According to Nebraska Medicine, some liver cells die with each “processing” of alcohol. Long-term alcohol use can cause irreversible liver damage.
Butter
Like most animal products, butter can aggravate liver problems. It is especially not recommended to cook on it, as in this case the amount of harmful fats increases even more. This also includes palm oil, coconut and beef fat.
