Useful in many respects of vegetables, saturated with a cutting and vitamins, can be harmful. Doctors have told what foods should beware of those who have blood sugar already. But there is another important criterion for the usefulness of plant products for health – a GI, a glycemic index that reflects their ability to increase blood sugar. These products are not recommended for diabetics, and in the diet of healthy people, their number should be strictly controlled. But GI zucchini is almost 75 units, and therefore the rapid increase in blood sugar after them will be provided.
another useful product is carrots. In raw form, the glycemic index of carrots does not exceed 40 units. But after heat treatment, it increases sharply: baked or boiled carrots contains GI in 85 units (and therefore not recommended for people in whose blood sugar is elevated due to diseases).
