New Year's cake “Red Velvet”

A very beautiful and no less delicious cake, it will be a real decoration on the festive table.
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Sugar – 100 g
- Butter – 40 g
- Red water-soluble dye – 1 tsp
- Cocoa – 1 tsp. l
- Baking powder – 10 g
- Flour – 120 g
For the cream:
- Cream 33% – 250 g
- Icing sugar – 100 g
- Curd cheese (Philadelphia) – 250 g
1. For the cake: add sugar to the eggs and beat until white fluffy foam, then add butter, food coloring and beat again, then mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa and baking powder, and beat everything together, pour into a mold lined with parchment paper and send to an oven preheated to 190° for 30-40 minutes (but check your oven).
2. For the cream: combine the cream, powdered sugar and cottage cheese, beat until thick peaks.
3. When the cake has cooled, cut it in half and grease with cream.
There are two options for decorating the cake to make it white or red:
- Smear with white cream and decorate with fruit or chocolate as you wish.
- Another option: cut the top off one finished cake, Break it into small pieces, place in a blender and grind into crumbs, spread the cakes and their sides with cream, sprinkle the cake with crumbs, decorate with berries.
