Practically, nothing – but provided you do not eat it for breakfast every morning. The fact is that oats contain fittes that prevent the absorption of calcium. And this can be especially dangerous after 40 years, when we do not get enough of this important trace element. So oatmeal is not more often than two to three times a week. And it is certainly more dairy products! Every second trains in front of a half -life, one in three is going to start a workout, and every fourth runs. Undoubtedly, running is a great variant of cardio -loading, but only if “diluted” by other types of physical activity. According to the results of a study conducted by cardiologists from Pennsylvania, people who kept a sedentary lifestyle, but at the same time regularly ran long distances, lived less than those who were engaged in moderate sports loads. Do you want running to benefit? Do not run too fast and too far and be sure to do any other exercise.
