Cauliflower can be so delicious that no one will be able to refuse it. Even cauliflower skeptics will ask for more. Try cooking according to this recipe.
Ingredients
You will need the following products for cooking:
- cauliflower;
- starch — 1 tbsp.;
- dried garlic — 1 tsp.;
- paprika — 1 tsp.;
- salt — 1 tsp.;
- olive oil — 3 tbsp.;
- breadcrumbs — 60 g.
How to cook
Disassemble the cauliflower into florets. There is no need to boil it. It will cook well and be crispy anyway.
Prepare the breading for the cabbage. Mix together the starch (corn or potato), dried garlic, paprika, salt, breadcrumbs and olive oil.
Roll the cabbage in the prepared mixture. Place on parchment in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
