Non-alcoholic beer and five other drinks that are considered particularly healthy

< p>Scientists included non-alcoholic beer in the list of the most useful drinks for health because of its ability to positively affect the psyche.

Kombucha drink. This drink is fermented, and lactic acid bacteria are involved in its production. These microorganisms are very useful for the intestines, they contribute to the destruction of unwanted bacteria. As a result, the risk of inflammatory bowel diseases and irritable bowel syndrome is reduced. In addition, many studies show that kombucha is effective in removing potential toxins from the liver.

One of the most interesting effects is that kombucha prevents the development of depression – this effect is explained by its positive effect on the intestine, healthy which is closely associated with brain health.

Kefir.Probiotics, which are full of fermented milk products, improve the condition of the intestinal microflora. There is an opinion that its use helps to fight resistance to antibiotics. Israeli researchers have found that a certain type of beverage yeast, Kluyveromyces marxianus, secretes a molecule that deactivates the work of “bad” intestinal bacteria. As a result, the risk of inflammation and related pathologies is reduced.

Non-alcoholic beer.Among drinks that are considered particularly useful, it is classified as a phenolic mood enhancer. Studies have shown that when it is consumed, the brain releases the neuromediator dopamine as diligently as when consuming alcoholic beer. Dopamine is a chemical substance that provides positive emotions and mental stability.

Bread sourdough.Natural homemade bread drink contains almost all vitamins and minerals needed by the body (for example, it contains vitamins A, B vitamins, as well as C, D, E, biotin, niacin, folic pantothenic acid, zinc, iron and magnesium). Drinking it helps to strengthen immunity, contributes to a stable well-being, fills the body with energy, in addition, it creates a good environment for the reproduction of beneficial microorganisms in the intestines.

Sauerkraut juice. 150 milliliters of juice covers a quarter of the daily norm of iron and vitamin C – both of these nutrients are exactly what is needed to be better absorbed by the body. Also, the drink helps to reduce fat. Japanese researchers have concluded that lactic acid bacteria (the kind found in sauerkraut) accelerate weight loss by naturally removing dietary fats before they can be stored as reserves.

Lemon water. According to the Korean Urological Association, water with lemon juice can be a natural way to prevent kidney stones. Citrates in lemons bind excess calcium, which in turn prevents the painful formation of crystals in the kidneys. A pleasant side effect for the immune system is an additional portion of vitamin C in such a drink.
