Nutritionist: Don't put it in a salad if you lose weight

Nutritionist from New York Bridjite Prytlin lists what should not be salad in those who lose weight. Gives fried chicken, beef, seafood and even tofu. And if you have not fried them yourself, but bought semi -finished products in the store, they will probably contain too much salt and added sugar. Exit – steamed tofu, chicken or grilled chicken. Almonds, sesame or pistachios can be added for crunching. There are many extra salt and artificial fragrances in stores. Such a salad can hardly be called dietary, especially when it comes to shop mayonnaise or Caesar sauce. Now in stores you can find many “light” dressings, they really contain less fats, but too much salt and sugar to be considered useful.
