Nutritionist: how to correctly lose weight on buckwheat in 5 days

The doctor offers p' a seven-day unloading program using buckwheat, which, according to her, will accelerate weight loss and allow you to get the first and noticeable result already at the start.
The expert notes that it is very important to be punctual and disciplined during the weight loss program: do not skip meals, eat to the end, drink a sufficient amount of liquid, maintain activity, get enough sleep and not be nervous.
< p>You need to start the day with a glass of water. During the day, you should drink at least 2.5 liters of liquid. Dishes should be consumed without adding salt, sugar, fats and any sauces.
On the first day of the program, you will need a full glass of cereal, 1/3 stalk of celery, ½ small carrot, ¼ medium onion. Finely chop the vegetables, mix and take two full tablespoons.
How to cook buckwheat: in the evening, wash the groats with running water, put them in a thermos and pour hot water in a ratio of 1:2. Add vegetables, mix and leave overnight in a closed thermos.
On the second day, cook buckwheat without vegetables, but add fresh cucumbers to the portion. On the third day – kefir, on the fourth – baked apples, on the fifth – repeat the food from the first day.
