The nutritionist told in an interview how you can use dark chocolate to lose weight. Mosley noted that often people who try to lose weight fail, unable to resist the temptation of sweets. The doctor gave advice on how to deal with the problem at home.
First of all, says the expert, harmful products should not be available. Mosley recommended not to keep any sweets and desserts at home. Instead, it is better to stock up on dark chocolate.
“I advise you to have dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, at least 75 percent, at home – eat it in small portions instead of other, fatter and more harmful desserts,” the expert shared.
Mosley clarified that such chocolate helps not to overeat.
