The most useful option fast food has pizza, but it must be without smoked sausage. This was told by a nutritionist.

She added that pizza can contain cheese, mushrooms and a large amount of tomatoes. Potatoes, in turn, are better to take country potatoes and eat them with vegetables.

“If you really want a burger, it is better to replace the bun with whole grain bread and add more vegetables. Try not to take mayonnaise. Tomato sauce is better,” said the doctor.

She also advised to remove the breading from nuggets and chicken wings and urged not to wash down the food with cold drinks. If you want to eat chips or pies, it is better to take baked ones.

As for shawarma, chicken shawarma without mayonnaise, with a lot of vegetables and tomato sauce will be less harmful. It is also better to add vegetables to instant noodles, the doctor concluded.
