According to nutritionists from the United States, carbohydrates are present in all foods, and they can be consumed at any time. If we talk about reducing carbohydrates, then the most correct thing would be to reduce sugar consumption.

Fasting improves life and health. American experts noted that if someone wants to starve, they can exercise, but you don't need to try hard in this matter. What experts are sure of is that fasting does not make a person healthier.

To lose weight, you need to work out in the gym. Oddly enough, the authors of the article in New York Magazine also called this statement a myth. Scientists noted that sports are important primarily for strengthening the body and immunity. However, the main condition for losing weight is to reduce the calories you eat.

The body needs to be “cleansed”. The ideas of various detoxes are very popular among supporters of a healthy lifestyle. But scientists emphasize: the body's detoxification is carried out by consuming certain foods, and thanks to the work of the liver and kidneys. If you quit smoking, start eating a balanced diet, and exercise, you don't have to worry about cleansing the body of toxins, experts concluded.
