According to nutritionist Angelica Duval, muesli, corn flakes and similar products are dangerous for people with extra pounds, heart and blood vessel diseases, as well as for people with allergies.
In addition, they contain a large amount of sugar, which not only spoils the figure , but also increases the risk of developing diabetes.
Especially dry breakfasts are harmful for children whose pancreases are overworked. Glucose jumps are often cited as the cause of emotional instability, and in combination with salt, swelling, kidney stones, and heart defects.
Instead of the usual cereal, doctors recommend eating whole grain products in the morning: brown rice, freeke groats, which produced from roasted young wheat with still soft seeds, as well as rye and barley.
