They studied data from 139 people aged 25 to 45 who are obese and have a BMI, after which they divided the participants into groups. Some ate food strictly according to time, while others followed a diet.
After completing the study, nutritionists noticed that skipping dinner gave a small result, but it did not help people lose weight.

Dietitians said that the evening meal should be based on vegetables, to which fish or seafood must be added so that the body does not experience a protein deficiency.
