Oatmeal cookies without flour, eggs and oil

The cookies turn out very soft, fragrant and delicious. It's easy and quick to prepare! If you have unexpected guests, this treat will be appropriate.
Ingredients:
- Oatmeal (not instant!) – 350 g
- Kefir – as much as the oatmeal will take, approximately 100 g.
- Apples – 2 pcs.
- Flax seeds, sesame seeds, walnuts – 50 g. (optional)
- Honey – 1/2 tbsp.
- A pinch of cinnamon
Preparation method:
Grind 250 g. of oatmeal in a coffee grinder or blender, leave 100 g. whole, for a better structure of the cookies. Mix the oatmeal with kefir to make a porridge, but not liquid! Leave for 30 minutes to swell, then add grated apples, cinnamon and honey. Spread with wet hands on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200 C for 20-30 minutes.
