A group of scientists from the German of the Cancer Research Institute named 10 rules that reduce the risk of cancer. Practice shows that up to 50% of cases of fatal disease are caused by an unhealthy lifestyle.
Risk factors that cause cancer are listed in the European Code of Cancer Control, there are also rules. The first of them is the need to give up cigarettes, as they provoke the development of cancer, especially the lungs.
The second is the requirement to follow a healthy lifestyle and not gain weight. Greens, berries, fish and coarse cereals should be included in the diet. The third rule calls for doing sports, and every day.
Fourth, you need to eat 400 g of vegetables, fruits and berries every day, which will improve the functioning of the intestines and provide the body with vitamins.
The fifth piece of advice is to avoid sausages and deep-processed meat. The next advice is to reduce alcohol consumption due to possible provocations of cancer. This is followed by advice to protect the skin from the sun, especially during summer tanning.
It is also recommended to avoid eating foods that contain carcinogenic substances, you should not over-fry meat or potatoes. The ninth rule is the need to get vaccinated against hepatitis B, the tenth requirement is advice to nursing mothers not to get carried away with hormonal supplements.
