What to add to the dough for splendor
Delight yourself and your loved ones and prepare incredibly delicious donuts that literally swell before your eyes – just have time to get them.
Ingredients:
- egg – 2 pcs.;
- sugar – 3-4 tbsp. l.;
- salt – 1 pinch;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- soda – 0.5 tsp. l.;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp. l.;
- vodka – 1 tbsp. l.
- wheat flour – 2 tbsp.
Preparation
Eggs are beaten with sugar in any container and the following ingredients are added: salt, vanilla sugar, sour cream and vodka.
It is best to sift the flour together with soda.
The sour cream-egg mixture is poured into the flour in a thin stream, and a non-sticky dough is kneaded. A little more flour can be added to the liquid dough.
The dough is rolled out in a thin layer, and future donuts are cut out using a mold.
The donuts are fried in hot oil until cooked. They should turn golden brown. When serving, the donuts are sprinkled with powdered sugar. Serve with tea.
