A homemade kebab can be cooked with any components. And when it is veal and salami, it is more difficult to come up with something. Such a skewer barbecue can be served as a snack or as a meat component for a garnish for dinner.
Ingredients
You need the following components for cooking:
- zucchini-2 pcs;
- salami-12 circles; arria-level = “1”> lemon juice-3 tbsp;
- spices to meat;
- Kayene pepper;
Cut the veal into pieces. Mix the oil with lemon juice and meat. Pour in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into squares. Cut the zucchini into thin circles. You can fry the grill for 10 minutes on each side. Finished kebabs sprinkle with salt, caress and paprika.
