Pancakes during Lent: without eggs and milk

The fast continues. And if you follow it or have a desire to refrain from dairy products, you can diversify your menu with pancakes that are prepared without eggs and milk.
Details
They take a limited number of ingredients, and to be more precise, five: mineral water, sugar, salt, oil, flour.
Ingredients:
- Mineral water with gas – 2 glasses
- Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt – a pinch
- Flour – 1.5-2 cups
- Oil – 5 tbsp. l.
Pour mineral water into a deep vessel. Add sugar and salt, stir to dissolve. Add the flour, mixing with a mixer or by hand. At the end, pour the oil. The dough is runny. But pancakes are easy to fry: they don't stick, turn easily, are soft and have holes. And how delicious!
