Pancakes with apples: the secret of cooking

In autumn, when there are a lot of apples, try making fluffy pancakes with apples. There is nothing complicated, the main thing is to follow the proportions and sequence of cooking.

Ingredients:
Kefir – 250 ml
Egg – 1 pc.
Soda – 0.5 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
Refined oil – 1 tbsp.
Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
Flour – 180 g
Apples – 2 pcs. (large)
Oil – for frying.
In a bowl, rub the egg with sugar, add vanilla and salt. Pour in kefir and put on low heat, stirring constantly so that the mass warms up. And becomes a little warm.
Then gradually pour in the flour mixed with soda, and pour in the oil. The dough should be quite thick. Crumble the diced apples into it, having previously peeled them. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes to rest.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil and spread the mixture with a spoon. When bubbles appear on the pancakes, turn them over to the other side. Fry until cooked. Place on a paper towel to remove excess fat and enjoy!
