Perfect tartlets with beetroot and cheese filling

The filling for tartlets can be from classic products that are used for salads. In the interpretation of the filling, they are simply fantastic. Try it yourself. The recipe for beet filling is further in the post.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- baked beets – 150 g;
- sour cream – 1 tablespoon;
- mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
- garlic — 1 clove.;
- mozzarella – 70 g;
- herring;
- sesame;
- greens.
How to cook
Beets should be baked in foil. Then clean it and grate it on a fine grater together with mozzarella. Take the cheese that is in brine, it is softer for the filling.
Add squeezed garlic and sour cream to the grated beetroot and cheese. Stir. Fill the tartlets with the mixture, and put a piece of herring on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs. Delicious!
