Pies with cheese, egg and greens in the oven

Paties with greens are usually prepared in it's spring time, but right now bright, juicy greens are blooming in the garden again and you can buy them at the market at a budget price. We offer the recipe not in a pan, but in the oven, so that there is less fat and more taste.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of flour
- 200 ml warm milk
- 25 g yeast
- 1 egg (for dough)
- 50 g butter
- 300 g of sour milk cheese
- 2 boiled eggs
- A bunch of fresh greens (dill, parsley)
- Salt, pepper to taste
< p>Knead the yeast dough: mix warm milk with yeast, add egg, melted butter and flour. Leave the dough for an hour to rise.
Prepare the filling: mix boiled eggs, cheese with chopped greens, add salt and pepper to taste. Roll out the dough, cut into small circles, put the filling in the center and pinch the edges.
Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake in an oven heated to 180°C for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
