Ingredients for pita bread:
200 g of flour
115 ml of boiling water
1 h l. salt
1 tbsp. l. oil
Filling:
lettuce
tuna in its own juice
sour cream
tomatoes
pepper
Preparation:
Pour boiling water, oil and salt into the flour. Knead the dough first with a spoon, then with your hands for another 3 minutes. Leave it under the film for 30 minutes in a warm place to infuse.
After that, divide the dough into 5 parts, form balls, cover them with film and leave on the table for another 25 minutes.
After that, roll each ball into a thin lavashik. Place it on a well-heated pan and fry on both sides, turning 3 times every 20 seconds to create a hollow inside.
Pita: mix the tuna with sour cream. A delicious breakfast is ready! Cut your pita bread in half, put the filling inside and enjoy.
