As research has shown, plant-based foods contain high-quality protein that the body can easily convert into endogenous protein, which is useful for building muscle mass. Wheat sprouts. They contain about 28 g of protein per 100 g of weight, as well as more than 70 important nutrients and fiber, distinguished by a large amount of folic acid. Their other ingredient, vitamin E, which is also abundant, provides good skin, helps prevent dementia.
Lentils. A 100-gram serving provides 23g of protein, which is better absorbed than from peas or beans. In addition, it contains a lot of zinc, which supports metabolism and the immune system.
