Experts call common table salt the most dangerous in the anti-rating: one of the most popular seasonings in the world, called “white death”, leads to a delay fluids in the body and accumulation of minerals in the kidneys.

So people who have problems with the heart and potency are not recommended to eat a lot of sweets based on this spice.
