Ingredients:
- Pollock fish (you can use other fish, to your taste) – 500 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1 pc
- Carrot – 1 pc
- Cheese – 100 g
- Tomatoes – 1 pc
- Eggs – 3 pcs
- Sour cream – 3-4 tbsp
- Salt, pepper, spices to taste
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp (optional)
Preparation:
- So, defrost the fish in advance. Cut the pollock fillet into small pieces, salt, pepper, sprinkle with fish spices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, but this is optional. Mix.
- Grate the carrots on a large grater, chop the onion. Fry in oil until soft for about 7 minutes.
- Make the filling. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and add sour cream. Put the fried vegetables in this mass. The omelet filling turns out fragrant and is ideal for fish dishes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
- Add the fish. Mix again.
- Put it in a baking dish, carefully distributing everything.
- Put the tomatoes on top. Send to the oven at 180-200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Then sprinkle the dish with cheese. Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
