What ingredients are needed
Prepare the following list:
- pollock fish – 0.7 kg;
- pure water – 0.9 l;
- onion – 2 pcs.
- carrot – 1 pc.;
- flour – 1 tablespoon;

Step by step cooking
Put the water on the fire to boil. Then put salt, pepper, bay leaves there for taste and aroma. Cut pollock into small pieces. From the moment of boiling, all this should be boiled for 5 minutes. Put the fish on a plate, and the resulting broth will still be needed. Disassemble the fish so that there are no small bones and backbone in it.
Pour the broth into another container. Add the flour and mix so that there are no lumps. When the liquid is mixed, sour cream is added there and mixed again.
At the next stage, we proceed to frying. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Add sugar to the vegetables, but as desired. When the vegetables are fried, add the fish. The broth preparation is added to the pan and stewed together for 15 minutes.
The dish is simple and healthy. The main thing is that it is prepared quickly. Serve pollock with sauce with a side dish and your favorite salad. Delicious!
