Pork belly in soy sauce for a festive table or just for sandwiches

This is probably one of the easiest ways to prepare pork belly for meat slicing. You don't need to marinate the pork beforehand. You need pork belly, soy sauce, and if you wish, you can add garlic and sweet paprika. Soy sauce gives a beautiful color, aroma, and amazing taste. Such a brisket is good for both snacks and sandwiches.
Ingredients:
- 1.4 kg. pork (breast)
- 1 liter of soy sauce
- spices to taste (garlic, paprika, black ground pepper)
Preparation method:
1. For cooking, take pork belly with small layers of fat and classic soy sauce. If the pieces of brisket are large, cut them in half and put them in a saucepan.
2. Pour soy sauce over the pork and cook over low heat for 45 minutes after boiling. The brisket will be well salted. If you want to get low-salt meat, add 700 ml of soy sauce and 300 ml of water.
3. In the process of cooking, periodically turn the pieces to different sides. When cooked, the brisket acquires a dark, beautiful color and a wonderful aroma.
5. We cover everything with a plate, put a “gruzyk”, cool it for about 1:00 on the table and then send it to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (you can leave it overnight).
6. We take out pieces of pork breast and dry them with paper towels. They can be cut and served immediately.
7. And such brisket can be supplemented with a mixture of chopped garlic (5 cloves) and sweet paprika (1 tsp). Just rub the pieces and the meat is ready. It turns out even more fragrant and tastier
8. Cut the finished pork belly in soy sauce into pieces and serve as a meat snack or make sandwiches. Can be stored in the freezer. Soy sauce gives the pork a beautiful color, aroma and taste.
