Stir thoroughly and add 2 eggs, 2-3 tbsp. l. Sour cream and how much flour. Mix everything by making the dough from which you need to form products. It should look like classic cutlets. Then heat the pan and fry the potatoes in oil on both sides until golden. If you want a less fat snack, then send the potato cutlets for 20 minutes in a preheated oven up to 175 degrees. The finished dish taste hot with sour cream and garlic.
