“She did not want and does not want the man to be officially recorded by the child's father and refuses to provide him with any financial assistance, asked the court not to hold him to any responsibility, since everything between them was voluntary and with her consent, she has no claim to the accused,” the girl said.
the court analyzed the case file and found the man guilty of Part 1 of Art. 155 and Part 4 of Art. 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Since the victims had no claims to him, a resident of Poltava region was sentenced to 2 years of exam.
