How to make aromatic salt
First, wash the dill well so that there are no bugs, gunpowder, etc. left in it. Spread it on a waffle towel or blot with a paper towel. After that, we begin to finely chop the dill. Then it needs to be dried again. If there is a dryer, you can use it. If not, then they are dried on the street or on the windowsill. Naturally, it will become dry in 5-6 days.
Place salt and dried dill in a blender. Pay attention to the components. Note that sea salt or rock salt is suitable for the mixture. Do not take iodine. Pour the salt and dill on a baking sheet and leave to dry on low heat for 50-60 minutes.
The finished mixture is transferred to a clean, dry container. Now you have not only frozen greens, but also aromatic salt that you can add to your favorite dishes and salads.
