In addition to our daily habits and lifestyle in general, breathing practices are also of great importance.
“Breathing practices, namely breath holding, help in the fight against premature aging. During breath holding, cell respiration is activated, the blood is enriched with oxygen, and gas exchange processes are enhanced. All this has a positive effect on our well-being, prolonging our youth,” says the expert.
The practice is as follows. Hold your breath as you inhale, then exhale as long as possible, you can sing loud sounds. Stretch your exhale as much as you can. If you do this simple exercise every day, shortness of breath will disappear in a few weeks, and your mood will become much better.
Nutrition plays an important role in preserving youth. Food gives us the energy we need. The main rule is not to overeat, be moderate in eating.
Avoid alcohol, fatty, fried, and smoked foods. Try not to eat processed foods (sausage, hot dogs), eliminate harmful animal fats.
You can eat meat, fish, and eggs (they are sources of protein), but in moderation.
The basis of your daily menu should be vegetables, fruits, herbs, legumes, and nuts.
