If you don't want to stand by the stove, then the habit of eating ready meals (semi-finished products and fast -fudom) can lead to harmful consequences in the long run. Men should especially avoid such foods.
Processed foods that just need to be heated, like fast food, contain too much salt and fat, which increases the risk of disease and affects blood pressure by increasing cholesterol level and provoking heart diseases.
The latest study conducted by Tufts University in the USA clearly shows that ready-to-eat food increases the probability of some types of oncology in men, such as colorectal cancer, by about 29%, otherwise speaking of bowel cancer.
Deep ultra-processed food includes an amount of additional sugars that exceeds the norm, but a minimum of fiber, contributing to obesity, which is a factor that increases the risk of colorectal cancer.
