Protein deliciousness: chicken fillet muffins

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. grated low-fat cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. skim milk
- 1/2 tbsp. bran
- Greens to taste
- Salt, spices to taste
- If desired, you can also add some fried mushrooms
Preparation:
1. Boil the chicken breasts, cool, cut into small pieces.
2. Mix the eggs, cheese, milk, bran.
3. Add the greens to the egg-milk mixture. Mix well. Season with salt, pepper, add spices.
4. Put the mass in muffin tins, send to the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes at t 180 degrees.
You can cook both for a family meal and for a festive table.
