Pumpkin Cake with Whipped Cream: A Sweet Dessert That's Very Easy to Make

With the onset of pumpkin season, many people are puzzled over where to plant the fleshy orange fruits.< /p>
The solution has been found – please yourself and your loved ones with a sunny autumn pumpkin cake, the preparation of which will not require complicated manipulations, and the result will amaze you.
In order to prepare the dough, you will need:
- 300 g of flour;
- 300 g of sugar;
- 300 g of pumpkin pulp;
- 150 g of sunflower oil (without smell);
- 4 eggs;
- 10 g of baking powder;
- 100 g of prunes;
- 100 g of peeled walnuts;
- 3 g of vanillin.
To prepare the cream, you need the following ingredients:
- 600 g of country cream;
- 200 g of powdered sugar.
Before you start cooking, you need to grind the nuts. The same should be done with prunes. The peeled and seeded pumpkin should be grated on a medium grater.
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour in the oil, add the sugar and vanilla. Beat the mixture with a mixer at high speed until fluffy and light.
Add the pumpkin and mix with a whisk from top to bottom. You need to act carefully. The same should be done with the flour and baking powder, and the walnuts and prunes are added last to most of the ingredients.
This dough will be enough for 2 molds with a diameter of about 23 cm. The baking dish should be lined with parchment in advance. Level the surface of the future cakes with a spatula and bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes, placing in an already preheated oven.
The finished cakes, which have rested after baking in the oven for 5 minutes, should be cut into 2 parts, after which it is the turn of the cream. Cold cream and powdered sugar must be carefully whipped until you get a stable cream. The main thing is to stop in time so as not to get a broken cream.
Leave 100 g of cream for decoration, and grease the cakes well with the rest of the cream. Decorate the top cake with whipped cream, and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, nuts and prunes.
