Quick and very tasty vegetable salad “Autumn”

Ingredients:

1 large cabbage
3 peppers
3 carrots
50 g salt
100 g sugar
150 ml oil
80 ml vinegar

Preparation:
Shred the cabbage, cut the pepper into strips, grate the carrots and cut the onion into half rings. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared vegetables and add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar.

Mix everything well. Put the salad in prepared jars, cover with nylon lids and put in the refrigerator so that it can stand there for a week. And after that you can taste the salad. Delicious!
