Quick cream cheese for breakfast

You can't think of anything faster than breakfast! At the same time, no chemicals, everything is natural.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of cheese with a fat content of 9%
- 4 tbsp. l. sour cream with a fat content of 20-25%
- 3 tbsp. l. condensed milk
- seasonal berries and fruits (strawberries, blueberries, pears)
- lemon juice for serving
- powdered sugar for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Mix the cheese with sour cream and beat thoroughly with an immersion blender – there should not be any lumps in the cheese at all.
Step 2
While continuing to beat, pour in the condensed milk. You should get a smooth cream. Spread the cream in bowls or cream cups.
Step 3
Cut the fruits and large berries into beautiful pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Spread on cream cheese and serve immediately.
