Quick dough for crispy chebureks

Crispy chebureki with a fragrant filling are always a gastronomic pleasure. And you don't have to look for an establishment where they will prepare delicious and juicy products. Don't know how to prepare the dough so that it is both soft inside and crispy outside? The secret is in a quick recipe that doesn't require many ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • flour — 500 g;
  • water (warm) — 250 ml;
  • vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vodka — 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt — 1 tsp. l.

Dissolve the salt in warm water and add the oil and vodka. Gradually add the flour, kneading a soft, elastic dough. Let it “rest” under a towel for 20-30 minutes. Vodka helps create a bubbly texture in the dough during frying, which provides the same crunchiness.

Divide the dough into portions, roll out into thin circles, add the filling, and fry the chebureks in hot oil. This recipe is suitable even for beginners, and the result is guaranteed to please everyone at the table.
