Quick honey cake in a pan

Have you ever tried making a honey cake right in the pan? It is possible, and the result is amazing! If there is no time or desire to use the oven, this simple method will allow you to create a fragrant dessert in just 30-40 minutes.

To prepare you will need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • pinch of salt

Choose liquid honey for this recipe so it can be easily mixed with the other ingredients. If the honey is thick, you can heat it a little in a water bath or in the microwave.

First, beat the eggs with honey and salt until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add milk and oil, then gradually add sifted flour with baking powder. The dough should be smooth and lump-free.

Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and lightly oil it. Pour the dough into the pan and cook on low heat under the lid for 15-20 minutes. When the top becomes elastic, carefully turn the cake over and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
