It is prepared with the addition of turmeric to make the color original, garlic and onions add flavor, and the microwave speeds up the pickling process.
Ingredients for cooking
You will need the following components:
- cucumbers – 0.5 kg;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- garlic — 5 clove.;
- sugar – 2 tablespoons;
- salt – 1 teaspoon;
- grain mustard – 1 tbsp;
- vinegar 9% — 2 tablespoons;
- turmeric – 1 teaspoon
How to cook
Cut the cucumbers into several pieces. In order for the onion and garlic to release their juices and aromas, also cut them.
Now we move on to seasoning with sugar, salt, mustard, and vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly, add a little more turmeric.
Put the cucumbers in the microwave for 3 minutes. Stir to distribute the flavors and turn on for another 3 minutes.
When cool, transfer to a jar and send to the refrigerator to marinate. 10-12 hours will be enough for them to absorb all the aromas and flavors. Delicious!
