Ingredients:
- carrots – 1 kg.,
- onions – 1 pc,
- salt – 1 tsp. l.,
- vinegar – 2 tbsp. l.,
- Garlic – 4 cloves,
- oil – 50 ml
Preparation:
1. Rub the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots. Keep the carrots vertically so that it comes out for a long time. Add salt, mix the carrots and leave it for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cut the onions in half and fry it in oil until golden.
3. Add sugar, coriander and garlic to the carrots.
4. Pour hot frying with oil into carrots. Cover the carrots with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
5. Add vinegar to the carrots. And only then mix the carrots. Take it in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day the delicious Korean salad will be completely ready. Carrots are delicious. This is the most successful recipe for Korean carrots.
