Recipe for a delicious cheese soup with cracklings

Ingredients:

- 3-4 potatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion
- 100 g of bacon or lard (for cracklings)

Chop the potatoes and carrots, add to a saucepan with water and cook until tender. At the same time, fry finely chopped bacon or lard in a frying pan to form appetizing cracklings that will give the soup a special flavor and texture. Then grate the cheese and gradually add it to the hot soup, stirring to melt the cheese and create a creamy consistency.
